Our Team
“It gets bright because you are there.” - African proverb. Our team is made up of dedicated people in Tanzania and Germany who all pursue the same goal: giving children and women a future.
Team Tanzania
On the ground in Mianzini, nine employees work in the projects every day - from project management to bookkeeping and sponsorship support, to the daycare, sewing group and security.

In Germany, six volunteers work closely with the employees in Tanzania - from board work to sponsorship support, fundraising and public relations.
