Group of children at Home of Malaika's daycare in the group room

Safe childcare, healthy meals and playful learning for preschool-age children — free of charge for parents.

Home of Malaika's daycare offers a safe and nurturing environment for children of preschool age. Our goal is not only to provide reliable childcare, but also to give the children an important foundation for their further school and personal development.

Our team consists of two experienced caregivers and a cook who look after the children with great warmth. The facility is located in one of our project houses. Here the children receive age-appropriate care as well as healthy meals and the opportunity to learn and grow through play.

Where sponsorships begin

The daycare is also the place where our sponsorships begin, provided we find suitable sponsors. These sponsorships allow children to be supported long-term and to have a better future.

Part of a holistic approach

The daycare is part of Home of Malaika's holistic approach, which aims to promote education, safety and social stability. We firmly believe that good early childhood support lays the foundation for a positive future.

The programme is aimed at families living in difficult social and economic circumstances. It allows parents to know their children are in good hands while they go to work or take part in vocational training.

The daycare programme is completely free for parents. We are all the more grateful for any financial support that helps us continue running this important project successfully!

Current figures

Our daycare has been running since January 2024. We currently care for 21 children – seven of them joined between January and April 2026. Attendance is completely free of charge for the families.
